Our mission is to empower people to build strength both physically and mentally. By focusing on progress over perfection, we create a training experience rooted in consistency, confidence, and growth. Every session is designed to help you move with intention and become your strongest, most capable self. We are energetic but approachable, fierce but flexible, Humble but Hungry.
Fitness has always been part of who I am. As a lifelong athlete and former soccer player, I learned early on the power of movement and the confidence it can build. That passion led me to pursue a degree in Exercise Science & Human Performance, where I deepened my understanding of how the body moves, adapts, and grows. After graduating, I knew I wanted to take what I had learned and use it to help people feel stronger, more capable, and more confident in their everyday lives. That’s when I decided to follow what I loved most and become a certified personal trainer.
Since 2016, I’ve been training clients with all kinds of goals, from getting stronger to moving pain-free to pushing performance limits. What began as a love for fitness has grown into a lifelong mission to empower others through functional movement and mindset.

At Humble But Hungry Fitness, our training style is rooted in functional training, designed to make you stronger, move better, and live pain-free in your everyday life. While our focus is on building strength that supports real-world performance, we also work with clients who have specific goals, including sport-specific training, weight loss coaching, post-injury rehabilitation, and long-term strength programming.
