At Humble But Hungry Fitness, we care about the enjoyment that comes with the process. While some trainers treat this profession as a paycheck, we view personal training as an opportunity to change lives. That’s why we teach you the “why” behind our instruction. Our goal is to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to empower yourself, inside and outside of the gym.
Success isn’t about showing off, it's about showing up. Being humble means putting in the work when no one’s watching, staying consistent, and letting your progress speak for itself. Being hungry means never settling, always striving for growth, and pushing beyond your comfort zone. Together, they create the mindset that leads to sustainable, meaningful results.
Absolutely. We will contact your doctor or physical therapist to get as much information as we can about your injury and recovery, and then make the proper modifications to your workout program. We gladly welcome someone coming off an injury because it challenges us as trainers to get creative while still pursuing progress.
We send you homework every week! This can range from 30 minutes of stretching or an easy 2-mile jog to a full-blown workout with warmup, exercises, and cool down. It all depends on what your goals and motivations are.
